I am delighted to welcome you to the Hartland High School website.
We are proud to have recently joined the Greenshaw Learning Trust, a supportive and collaborative ‘family’ of like-minded schools. Together, we share best practices, provide mutual support, and continuously learn from one another, all while nurturing and developing the unique character of our school.
At Hartland High School, our dedicated staff, in partnership with the Greenshaw Learning Trust, are fully committed to helping every student achieve their full potential — both now and in the future. We hold high expectations for our students because we believe they deserve every opportunity to excel academically and grow personally. We follow our key mantra of 'work hard and be kind' to underpin all interactions and choices we make.
Exciting changes lie ahead for the academy, and we are confident that these developments will bring significant benefits to our students, staff, and the wider community. Our vision is for Hartland High School to become a truly successful and inspirational school, and we look forward to working with you as we embark on this journey together.
Ms Emily Davey, Headteacher

Our sixth form now has a brand new common room. A massive thank you to the operations team for making this a reality!
We have made a dedicated space for parents and carers of incoming Year 7s next academic year. If that's you, please feel free to join the group so that we can start building our community!

We truly appreciate the effort parents and carers make to ensure their son/daughter attends school regularly. Good attendance makes a real difference to learning, progress and wellbeing. To recognise and celebrate this commitment, we are running a Spring Term Parent Raffle. Every day your son/daughter attends school will earn you one entry into the raffle. The draw will take place on Thursday 26th March, giving one lucky family the chance to enjoy dinner on us with a £50 Just Eat voucher! Thank you for your continued support in helping your child make the most of every school day.
