I am delighted to welcome you to the Hartland High School website.
We are proud to have recently joined the Greenshaw Learning Trust, a supportive and collaborative ‘family’ of like-minded schools. Together, we share best practices, provide mutual support, and continuously learn from one another, all while nurturing and developing the unique character of our school.
At Hartland High School, our dedicated staff, in partnership with the Greenshaw Learning Trust, are fully committed to helping every student achieve their full potential — both now and in the future. We hold high expectations for our students because we believe they deserve every opportunity to excel academically and grow personally. We follow our key mantra of 'work hard and be kind' to underpin all interactions and choices we make.
Exciting changes lie ahead for the academy, and we are confident that these developments will bring significant benefits to our students, staff, and the wider community. We know some of you will be staying up late to watch the England football match at 1:00am on Monday morning! It's going to be an epic game, but remember: champions still show up the next day. For the vast majority who didn't stay up for it (or anyone who wants to relive the best moments), we will be playing the full match highlights on the big screen in the Main Hall during lunchtime! Students can bring their lunch and soak up the atmosphere. Monday also kicks off our final Rewards Week of the year. We will be officially releasing the list of which students have earned their places for the end-of-year rewards! Monday Morning Bonuses: Free Breakfast: Don't forget, you can get a free breakfast every single morning in school from 8:00am. Perfect if you need a little morning boost! Extra Attendance Stamp: There will be an extra attendance stamp up for grabs on the gate for everyone arriving on time! Set those alarms now. Excellent attendance on Monday is vital. Homework Information Evening
